Important Dates & Policies

Open Enrollment Period

  • Applications open February 10, 2026 at 9:00 AM (MST).

  • Applications close April 10, 2026 at 3:00 PM (MST).

  • Only applications submitted during this window are eligible for lottery placement or waitlist entry.

  • After April 10, applications are accepted on a rolling basis and placed in the order received, depending on availability.

Age Requirements

  • Bear Buddies (18 months – 3 years): For children 18 months old up to age 3 (must not turn 3 before August 1).

  • Moose Crew (3 – 5 years): Children must be 3 years old by August 1 to enroll.

Waitlist Policy

  • A new waitlist is created each year during Open Enrollment.

  • Families must reapply annually to remain on the list.

  • Children re-enrolling will have their name entered twice for the lottery.

  • Siblings of currently enrolled students receive priority consideration.

Enrollment Confirmation

  • Families offered a spot will receive notification after Open Enrollment.

  • A deposit and enrollment paperwork must be completed by the stated deadline to confirm placement.

  • Failure to confirm by the deadline may result in the spot being offered to the next family on the waitlist.

  • Tours are required prior to final enrollment. Families will receive a reminder email if a tour is not scheduled. Without a response within the stated timeframe, the spot may be passed to the next family on the list.
